The Culinary Innovation Center
Our 6,000 square foot Culinary Innovation Center is home to the finest R&D food center in the Southeast and ranks among the top facilities of its kind across the country. Focus On Food is located 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta. We are convenient to reach from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Our location is in the epicenter of a broad demographic mix supporting most any target consumer need for your consumer research projects.
Our facility offers extensive test kitchen facilities along with qualitative and quantitative consumer research suites. Our configuration allows us to efficiently conduct a variety of innovative research techniques with low to high complexity that may need diverse cooking or staging platforms.
Three Separate Kitchens:
- The Restaurant-style Kitchen: This kitchen accommodates a wide range of food service cooking platforms according to project need. We also typically develop our food prototypes and conduct client food presentations out of this kitchen.
- The Manufacturing Kitchen: Spacious and versatile regarding configuration options for a variety of pilot plant setups and applications, this kitchen is also often used for staging projects.
- The Residential-style Kitchen: This kitchen is used for development and testing of retail packaged goods when residential-style cooking equipment is needed.
