Culinary Teambuilding Events
Supreme Cuisine Showdown
Each team prepares a meal in hopes of winning the judges’ votes.  Teams are graded on cuisine flavor, presentation and their effectiveness as a team.

Three Course Gourmet Team Challenge
Each group prepares a different course of a fine dining meal, which they then enjoy together in the dining room.

Tapas & Wine
The groups prepare different small dishes from around the world.  After completing their creations, the groups mingle and visit the various food stations.

Tapas & Wine
Guests prepare different small dishes from around the world or observe as professional chefs create tapas to order. Exotic drinks are served in an environment filled with lively salsa music.

Menu Development, Product Refinement, and Nutritional Analysis
The Focus On Food Innovation Team represents a collective 100+ years in developing menus, creating and refining food and beverage products and performing nutritional analysis. Its clients represent the national chain restaurant industry as well as food and beverage manufacturers.

Food & Beverage Consumer Research
Focus on Food serves the chain restaurant and food & beverage manufacturing industries, providing qualitative and quantitative primary consumer research services for product development, marketing and packaging development. 

Facilities
Focus On Food operates from a 6,000 square foot facility located in Norcross, Ga. (a suburb of Atlanta). It features three fully equipped kitchens: one restaurant-style, one manufacturer-style and one residential-style. It also has two consumer research suites for viewing as well as meeting rooms.
