You choose from full-day or half-day programs featuring commercial restaurant kitchens. Your team will work alongside professional chefs in a real restaurant kitchen environment that’s fun and challenging. Perfect for groups of up to 40 people.

Culinary Team Builder
Culinary TeamBuilder is a half-day program with a variety of formats and seasonal menu choices. It is perfect for morning, afternoon or evening teambuilding sessions. Choose from the following formats:

• 3-Course Gourmet Team Challenge. Your group breaks into small teams to prepare a fine dining restaurant-quality meal while sharpening effective team dynamics. • Supreme Cuisine Showdown. Another great program for building team synergies while having fun and a little friendly competition!  Your group breaks into teams to prepare for battle with an Iron-Chef style competition.  The object is to find out which team’s cuisine reigns supreme. • Wine and Tapas Event. The perfect afternoon or evening event to bring your group together for a relaxed and casual interactive activity. You’ll “eat as you learn” while making delicious small plates from around the world. These tapas-style dishes are paired with your choice of beverages.
