Gourmet Team Challenge
Here’s how it works:
Our 3-Course Gourmet Meal Challenge is a four-hour hands-on culinary event and social gathering from start to finish. This program challenges your team to work together in a collaborative fashion in a fun and exciting environment. The goal of the group is to prepare, coordinate and serve a multi-course, fine dining gourmet caliber meal.
When you arrive at our Culinary Innovation Center, you'll be greeted with beverages and light hors d'oeuvres. Our Executive Chef, Ron Marks will review the items on today’s menu, assign the group into 3 working teams and introduce the staff of Chef /Facilitators who will be working with your group.
Your menu will be pre-selected from our current seasonal menu by our Chef and your group coordinator. Groups will work with their Chef / Facilitator to prepare a specific course of the gourmet meal. Each team makes enough of the course they are preparing (appetizer, entrée or dessert) to serve the entire group while working in our restaurant kitchens. Once the cooking begins, each team has 90 minutes to bring their specific menu item to completion. When the cooking is done, the entire group comes back together in our dining room to celebrate and enjoy the fruits of their labor.
