Focus On Food is a full-service food and beverage marketing and culinary innovation firm providing a range of strategic services to the chain restaurant and food manufacturing industry. Additional staff members include Research Designers, R&D Chefs, Menu Marketers, Client Service Directors, Recruiters and Project Associates. Our team of about 25 dedicated experienced professionals is committed to the growth, success and evolution of our clients’ brands.

Our Story
Focus On Food was founded in 2001 with a firm belief that there was a significant need for a full-service product development firm specializing in the chain restaurant and food manufacturing industries. Our principal partners are experienced and recognized industry veterans who have spent the majority of their careers working on the client side, specifically in Culinary Innovation, Restaurant Marketing & Branding and Consumer Research.
We believed that expertise coupled with exceptional facilities would fill an outstanding niche in the research and development industry. That belief was realized as many of the world’s leading foodservice and manufacturing brands quickly found their way to our door. With complete kitchen facilities and research study suites, companies in the food and beverage industry have everything they need at their disposal to develop and consumer test their products.
In 2007, Focus On Food added an often sought after service by its clients looking for a one-stop shop: Marketing Elements, a full-service menu marketing program offering marketing support for menu development, POS materials, LTO campaign development, packaging, direct mail and FSIs. Marketing Elements is a component of our fully comprehensive approach to menu development and marketing.
Also in 2007, the Focus On Food Innovation Center launched Culinary Corporate Events, a fantastic new approach to team building and social events that offers companies from every industry and social groups a new and refreshing type of outing that promotes synergy and team-building. It's also a whole lot of fun!
