Over the last 25 years, Glenn Mullins has had a varied and progressive career in the foodservice industry. Glenn has a strong background in food science, creative culinary R&D and project execution. Glenn's food science career initially began in the food manufacturing industry. He leveraged his technical background and passion for culinary and cuisine into an impressive product development career.

Glenn's formal career in food service and culinary development began with the United States Army and continued with food science studies at Framingham State College. Glenn's first job was in ration design with the Army's Natick Labs. He subsequently spent four years with Kraft Foods, with assignments in both quality assurance and production, followed by a turn in new-item flavor development with Brigham's Ice Cream of Boston.

After moving to Georgia, Glenn served as product development manager for Eastern Foods/Naturally Fresh Salad Dressings where he was responsible for chain account product development. Glenn then moved to the restaurnat operator side and served as R&D manager and culinary director for Rio Bravo International.

Glenn's broad portfolio in menu item development and concepts for both restaurant chains and food manufacturers provides Focus On Food clients with studied expertise in kitchen support services, food design, product development and quality assurance.

Glenn is a member of the Focus On Food Innovation Team, innovating and developing products for the restaurant and manufacturing industries.
